Indaba Lodge Hotel Richards Bay

Absolutely everything , the staff in reception were amazing we were allocated in room that doesn’t have bathtub and we called them and requested one with bathtub and they came assisting us to move to other room with a smile , housekeeping excellent, the Wi-Fi,we arrived late and departed early, didn’t see much we loved it 😊😊

The food is good especially a breakfast. The room wasn't properly cleaned the toilet had dust on the canister and the toilet had a rust inside the seat. The staff have got laughing noise while we were dinning in the evening. They were not friendly when serving the supper meal that we ordered. The table we chose was incomplete with incomplete utensils and hand doek.

Friendly staff and a very neat environment. If one would love to visit a peaceful place, I would highly recommend Indaba Hotel. It was my first time visiting Richards Bay, I wasn’t aware the area doesn’t offer Uber/ Bolt so it is recommended that you have your own transportation to visit the attractions so-rounding the area e.g Beaches🏖️ .

I like location the big size of my room. . Air conditioner I like that there are well prepared for load shedding I liked the restaurant staff Mrs Sithole you are having all the manners and if you are at king cetswayo district you wish for some cultural respect Mrs sithole she got that in her good manner . All the staff was good young and old
